It is not so easy to realise the extent of calories being burnt through exercise, but when we put all the food that we bought together in one big pile, we can appreciate the full benefit of combining the calories burnt in Fitology by all our members in aid of those who really need it.

The pictures below are taken on our recent trip to Kg Gong in Pekan, Pahang, where we distributed food and medicines to 16 Orang Asli families. These indigenous people’s livelihoods have been severely affected by modernism and their ability to fend for themselves have become close to impossible and they really need a helping hand.

The Calories for Calories program will continue,so do commit to make yourself fitter and stronger at Fitology, and have all those unwanted calories converted into real food that will feed real people in need.
