All of us at Fitology believe that it is important to have a fitness regime in our lives. Our bodies were designed to hunt and forage for survival, but most have a pretty sedentary life and this is a problem throughout the world. Having been in the fitness industry for many years, we have seen the clear benefits of being fit. We have witnessed middle aged men and women, who have been warned by their physicians of impending health issues regain their health by simple making a small effort in exercise. Yet, a vast majority of Malaysians rarely exercise at all. Amongst the biggest excuses are the lack of motivation and how difficult (or sometimes painful) exercise can be.
These reasons are what led us to the “Why” behind Fitology.

This sounds like a contradiction. How can simple exercise in moderate doses be effective? This objective leads us to the “How” we will deliver on our promise of simple and effective fitness.
How is this Achieved?
Our unique process of combines 30 minutes of moderate exercise (active burn phase) and the use of Far Infrared Therapy (passive burn phase) for a further 30 minutes. This combination is proven to burn as many calories as you would from running or swimming non-stop for 1 hour!
There are important side benefits as well to our process. The exercises we use not only burns unwanted calories and helps strengthen the heart, it also helps in coordination and builds functional muscles. The FIR therapy also helps the body detox by helping your body reject toxins that have accumulated throughout the body. FIR is also proven to be beneficial for helping your cells regenerate as well as promoting the production of more vitamin D.
Our process of fitness is also very pleasant you spend half of time in a passive state where you can catch up on reading, listening to music, surfing the web or simply enjoying the quite personal time you get from the FIR treatment.
The Icing on the Cake
After the exercise and detox phase, your body is now ready to replenish the nutrients and fluids that might have been lost through activity. Sports science recommends that you partake nourishment within 30 minutes of exercise. This is why the Fitology process includes a refreshing cocktail of fruit and nutritious goodies in the form of smoothies. We have chosen recipes high with nutrition, fibre and lots of anti-oxidants that will not only refresh you, but provide your body with the right nutrients for better health.
We also provide a sports massage at the very end of the Fitology process that will ensure your body is completely rejuvenated and ready to face the world.
